Conference attendance is limited due to COVID guidelines

2021 WASPC Conference procedures and etiquette:

For additional safety and due to Washington State COVID guidelines, we have opted to limit attendance to 210 people. Registration will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you are placed on the waiting list, you will be notified and you will be contacted as any cancellations occur so that you may plan accordingly.

  • Social distancing and masks are REQUIRED at all conference events to include registration.
  • Seating in meeting and dining rooms will be limited due to social distancing requirements. Room capacities will be strictly enforced.
  • Lunches will be served boxed. The large ballroom will be set to allow seating of 3-4 people per table. There will be luncheon speakers and presentations, however, attendees can opt to take the lunch as a to-go option and eat outdoors or in your hotel.
  • All evening dining will be on your own. There will not be a President’s Reception, nor a Wednesday awards banquet.
  • There will not be a vendor show at the conference; we are looking to move it to the fall conference.
