We encourage you to consider supporting WASPC by becoming a sponsor and/or exhibitor at our Spring Exposition and Training Conference. Your support is crucial to the success of the association. We are committed to making the Exposition valuable to our members/attendees and maximizing your ability to contact the leaders of the law enforcement and corrections from the state of Washington.

2023 EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION – Exhibitor fees are $750 for a 10x10 booth. Registration opens in waves. Registration to exhibit is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once the show is full, a waiting list is created. All registration forms are submitted online. For further questions, please see the General Show Information.

General Show Information  

WHY EXHIBIT AT THE CONFERENCE?

EXHIBITOR SPACE COSTS

The Exhibition will be held at the Spokane Convention Center in Spokane, Washington. All booths are 10’ wide by 10’ deep. Fees are $750 per booth. There are no discounts for multiple booths. Booths are assigned in registration waves. The following items are included in the booth rental:

  • 8’ high backwall and 3’ high sidewalls, 6’ skirted table with two chairs
  • Electrical hook-up
  • Company listing in the official conference program (deadline applies). Listing includes company name, web address, booth number, and phone number.

Prior to the event, vendors will receive an exhibitor packet from LCD Exposition Services. Information relating to shipping and receiving and additional services available (not included in the booth fee), i.e., audio visual equipment, phone service, furniture rental, installation and dismantling, janitorial service for booth space, and security of individual booth, etc. will be provided.

*Departure/tear down prior to the end of the show is strongly discouraged. Exhibitors leaving prior to the end of the show may be placed in a later registration wave for future conferences.
