Washington Statewide Victim Information & Notification (WA SAVIN)

Powered by the VINE System and provided by the Washington Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs 

WA SAVIN is a free and anonymous telephone/web service that provides victims of crime two important features: information and notification. WA SAVIN is a statewide service that is sponsored by the Washington Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs. It was implemented through a federal Bureau of Justice Assistance grant with on-going costs funded by Washington State. In Washington State, the authorizing statute is RCW.28A.040

Anyone may use WA SAVIN to determine the custody status of an offender and to register to receive notification. Users may use a touch-tone phone or the internet to access the program.
