A. It is meant to be used as a tool for sharing knowledge, experiences, distributing notices, newsletters, and all UCR-related information. It is a discussion-type listerve, meaning that all members are encouraged to provide input. The only stipulation is that the discussion should pertain to UCR/NIBRS issues.
